About The Fund
Investing In Connection
The Fallon Community Fund is a grant program from The Fallon Company, master developer of Nashville's East Bank, also known as Eastpoint. The Fund backs the organizations already doing the work that makes Nashville stronger by mentoring young people, creating housing, caring for parks and greenspace, and bringing neighbors together.
We believe strong communities are built on connection. We believe in neighbors who know and trust each other, shared spaces that bring people together, and opportunities that empower everyone. Through this Fund, Fallon supports established local organizations across Davidson County that share that belief and are putting it to work in their own neighborhoods.
